The ARCA Menards Series East Dutch Boy 150 is ARCA’s first race at Flat Rock Speedway since May of 2000, and the ARCA Menards Series East’s first ever race on the Level Pebble.

This return will be a star-studded event as young upcoming drivers William Sawalich, Luke Fenhaus, Lavar Scott, and others have already entered into the lineup. Veterans of the series will also be represented, as Venturini Motorsports team owner and ARCA alumni Billy Venturini will drive in this event in his first ARCA competition since 2007. Flat Rock is the site of Venturini Motorsports patriarch and 1987 & 1991 series champion Bill Venturini Sr.’s first ARCA win. Former ARCA Flat Rock winner and series champion Andy Hillenburg will be on hand as a team owner, and 10-time series champion crew chief Bill Kimmel is fielding a Ford driven by his son Will Kimmel.

The younger Venturini discussed this upcoming run as a one-off event: “I am not coming out of retirement,” said Venturini with a laugh last week. “I never got to race at Flat Rock when I was racing full time. I don’t have a desire to be a racecar driver again, but I do have a desire to drive a Venturini Motorsports Toyota at Flat Rock.”
