FLAT ROCK, TOLEDO RACE SEASONS COMPLETE; WORK ON 2018 BEGINS

The running of the Glass City 200 at Toledo Speedway last Saturday night closed out the racing season for Toledo, while Flat Rock Speedway’s last event was held September 9. On behalf of our staff, THANK YOU to our fans, sponsors, race teams and car owners for your support!

Work now begins on the 2018 schedules, which will include the same divisions of competition-Late Model, Figure 8, Street Stock, Factory Stock/Enduro and Late Model Sportsman. A variety of touring series races and non-racing events will also be a part of the race schedules for next season.

Several off-season maintenance projects are also in the works at both tracks.

The 2018 rule changes are slated to be out by November 1.

The annual awards banquet is set for Friday, November 3 at the Crystal Gardens Banquet Center in Southgate, MI. Ticket order forms have been mailed, and the form may also be found under forms on the home pages of both tracks; www.flatrockspeedway.com and www.toledospeedway.com. The ticket order deadline is October 25.

The Toledo track office is open year-round. The phone number is 419-727-1100. The Flat Rock office will close October 2. Please direct all calls to Toledo after that date.
