Flat Rock, MI—August 18, 2015: If the third time is the charm, Saturday’s re-scheduled Corrigan Race Fuels 100 for the ARCA DTS Drive Train Specialists Street Stocks at Flat Rock Speedway will become a completed race!  The event fell victim to the rain back on May 30 and again June 27.  The track will also be hosting Harris Mechanical Kids Night and Autograph Night!  Kids to age 12 will be admitted FREE and receive a FREE hot dog.  The autograph session will take place on the track at 6:15 p.m.

The 100 lap contest for the Street Stocks is the biggest race of the season for the class.  A field of 25-30 cars is expected for the race, which will award $1000 to the winner.  A 25 lap B Main is also on the schedule (if needed), and there’s more action with a full race card for the ARCA Praxair Figure 8’s.  The TKC Go-Karts will stage exhibition races and a Flag Pole race will conclude the racing program.

Lap money is available at just $5 per lap and will be awarded to the leader of each lap in the Corrigan Race Fuels 100 lap feature as well as the B Main. The leader of the most laps will also collect a $100 bonus from fans Rich and Judi Fidh. The current lap sponsor list follows at the end of this release. The pit gates open at 2:30, practice begins at 4, time trials are set for 5:30, the on-track autograph session is at 6:15 and racing begins at 7 p.m.  The front gate and the ticket office will also open at 4 p.m.
