FLAT ROCK, TOLEDO RACE CAR DIVISION SPONSORS RE-UP FOR NEW SEASON!

Toledo, Ohio—February 11, 2015:  Flat Rock and Toledo Speedway officials are proud to announce the return of its lineup of race car division title sponsors for the upcoming 2015 season. 

Moran Chevrolet returns for the 9th consecutive year to sponsor the ARCA-Flat Rock Speedway Late Model class.  Pat Moran of Moran Chevrolet has again pledged his support of Flat Rock’s Late Model division for the 2015 season.  The Moran Automotive group consists of the Moran Chevrolet dealerships on Gratiot Avenue in Clinton Township and in Ft. Gratiot, MI.  The Moran dealerships will also back the prestigious Stan Yee Memorial 150 for the class, set for Saturday, July 25.

Flat Rock’s ARCA Street Stock division, one of the most competitive weekly racing classes in the area, has backing again from Warren, MI business DTS Drive Train Specialists.  The company returns for their 5th season of sponsorship of the division, a staple of weekly racing at Flat Rock since 1977.

In addition to their Street Stock backing, DTS will also continue its associate sponsorship of Toledo’s Glass City 200 Late Model invitational and will also continue its support with the $100 Fast Qualifier Award for each of the six (6) ARCA Late Model Gold Cup events for 2015.  The company will also provide sponsorship for the Friday, July 24 pre-race practice and party for the prestigious Moran Chevrolet Stan Yee Memorial 150.

The “Motor City Madmen” of the ARCA Figure 8 class, a mainstay at both tracks since the 1960’s, returns its title sponsor for their sophomore season!  Praxair, a supplier of services and gas to a variety of industries across the globe, returns to back the entertaining daredevil drivers of the class!

With headquarters in Danbury, CT, Praxair provides equipment and gas services to a wide variety of industries from the biotechnology, food and beverage, energy and healthcare fields. 

R & M Recycling returns as the “X” Car class sponsor on the short track at Toledo Speedway.  R & M, with locations in Monroe and Adrian, MI as well as the Toledo yard, has been involved with sponsorship at both Flat Rock and Toledo for six seasons.  R & M will also sponsor a school bus for both of Toledo’s “Night of Destruction” events in 2015, as well as providing additional support for the track’s signature event, the Glass City 200.

Aramark Uniform Services has agreed to continue its support of the ARCA Late Model Sportsman division for the 2nd season in a row and is now in its 3rd year of serving as the Official Uniform Supplier for track officials at both speedways. The ARCA Aramark Late Model Sportsman division will compete in events at both Toledo and Flat Rock for the 2015 schedule.
