TEMPERANCE, Mich. - (April 8, 2026) The ARCA Menards East will visit Flat Rock Speedway for the fourth consecutive year in the Sunbelt Rentals 150 on Saturday, August 1. With an off-weekend for the three NASCAR national touring series, the Sunbelt Rentals 150 will be the only national-level stock car race of the weekend.

The previous ARCA Menards East races at Flat Rock Speedway have been won by William Sawalich (2023), Connor Zilisch (2024), and reigning series Bounty Rookie of the Year Max Reaves (2025). Sawalich and Reaves were driving for Joe Gibbs Racing, while Zilisch was driving for Pinnacle Racing Group, the team that has won the first two ARCA Menards East races in 2026 with driver Tristan McKee.

“ARCA’s history and Flat Rock Speedway’s history overlap from the very beginning,” said ARCA president and Flat Rock Speedway owner Ron Drager. “When we looked into bringing the ARCA Menards platform back to the track with an East race in 2023 it was welcomed back by the fans with open arms. The same racecars you see racing at places like Iowa Speedway and Bristol Motor Speedway in conjunction with the NASCAR Cup Series are right here at your hometown racetrack, and they’re being driven by some of the young up-and-coming drivers that will go on and race in the Cup Series very soon.”

Sawalich, the 2023 winner, added his name to the NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series history books over Easter Weekend when he won at Rockingham Speedway in North Carolina. Zilisch, the 2024 winner, won ten times in the O’Reilly Series in 2025 before making the leap into the Cup Series in 2026.

While Reaves, just 16 years of age, has yet to make a NASCAR national series start he did match the all-time East Series record for winning in his first three career series starts. The youngster from Trinity, North Carolina is the protégé of 2000 NASCAR Cup Series champion and NASCAR Hall of Fame inductee Bobby Labonte.

“We’re thrilled to have Sunbelt Rentals on board for the ARCA Menards East race for 2026,” said Flat Rock Speedway general manager Brandon Hamby. “They have been tremendous supporters of the speedway for a long time. Any time we need any type of rental equipment, they’ve been our first and only call.”

Practice for the ARCA Menards Series East is slated for 2:30 pm ET on Saturday, August 1, with Sioux Chief PowerPEX Pole Qualifying to follow at 4:50 pm. Fans will be invited into the pit area for autograph session from 6:30 to 7 pm, with the Sunbelt Rentals 150 to follow local division heat races at 8 pm.
