  • The Dutch Boy 150 will be the fourth race of the 2023 ARCA Menards Series season and the first-ever race for the East series at Flat Rock Speedway.
  • The ARCA Menards Series raced at Flat Rock Speedway 56 times between 1953 and 2000, with J.H. Petty winning the first in 1953 and Frank Kimmel winning the most recent in 2000.
  • Flat Rock Speedway will be the 64th different track to host at least one ARCA Menards Series race.
  • The only other time the ARCA Menards Series raced in the state of Michigan was in 2017 when Todd Gilliland won at Berlin Raceway, located in Marne, just west of Grand Rapids.
  • Previous ARCA Menards Series winners at Flat Rock Speedway include Julian Petty (2), Bob Hunter, Bill Lutz, Les Snow, Iggy Katona, Bobby Watson, Andy Hampton, Ramo Scott, Ron Hutchinson (2), A. Arnold, Moose Myers (3), Bill Green, Bill Kimmel, Jim Cushman, Marvin Smith (6), Bob Dotter, Lee Raymond (2),  Bobby Jacks, Bill Venturini (3), Ed Hage (4), Bob Keselowski (2), Tracy Leslie, Dave Weltmeyer (5), Grant Adcox, Bobby Bowsher (2), Harold Fair, Jeremy Mayfield, Gary Bradberry, Andy Hillenburg, Joe Ruttman, Tim Steele (2), Frank Kimmel (3), and Bill Baird.
  • Sixteen-year-old William Sawalich, driving for Joe Gibbs Racing, leads the ARCA Menards Series East standings by five points over Luke Fenhaus. Sawalich won the season-opener at Five Flags Speedway in Pensacola, Florida, while Fenhaus won the most recent East series race at Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway last Saturday.
  • Jake Finch, who won three weeks ago at Dover Motor Speedway, sits third in the ARCA Menards Series East standings, seven points out of the lead. Finch headed straight from victory lane to his high school prom in his hometown, Panama City, Florida.
  • Sawalich leads the laps led standings with 404 circuits at the front of the field, while Finch is second with 89 laps led. Despite earning the win at Nashville, the final two laps of the race are the only laps Fenhaus has led so far in 2023.
  • Team owner Billy Venturini, whose team has already won six races across the ARCA Menards Series platform in 2023, will make his return to the cockpit for the first time since 2006 in the Dutch Boy 150. Venturini Motorsports, which has earned 88 wins across the ARCA Menards Series platform, went to victory lane for the very first time at Flat Rock Speedway in June, 1983 with two-time ARCA Menards Series champion Bill Venturini behind the wheel.
  • The Dutch Boy 150 will be run straight through, with no scheduled cautions and no scheduled pit stops. Teams will be allowed to pit for emergency tire changes, repairs, and adjustments only.
  • In addition to the ARCA Menards Series East Dutch Boy 150, Flat Rock Speedway’s weekly ARCA DTS Drive Train Specialist Street Stock division and ARCA The Vault Antiques & Treasures Figure 8 division will also be in action with a full program of qualifying, heat races, and feature events. The night’s racing action will be followed by a fireworks program courtesy of Venturini Motorsports.
