We are looking for a Tire buster for Flat Rock for the 2023 season.  Please call 734-782-2480.

Due to a scheduled construction project, Flat Rock Speedway’s first 2 shows, Saturday, May 6 and Saturday, May 13 will begin with racing at 4 p.m.  Night racing will begin as announced with the Saturday, May 20 event.

Flat Rock pad rental forms will be available beginning February 20.  The form will be mailed to 2022 teams that had a pad; the form will also be available under the Racer Info. Tab.  No increase in pricing. 

Toledo Speedway has scheduled an open practice for Sunday afternoon, April 30.  Pits will open at 10 a.m., practice is from Noon to 4 p.m.

If you missed it, Toledo Speedway’s season opening race will now take place on Friday night, May 12.  (The original date published was Sunday, May 14).  Race time will be 7 p.m.

The track will once again host the JeepFest Kick-Off event, set for Friday night, July 28.

Autograph Night at Toledo is set for Friday, August 11.

We have moved around a few of the promotions at Flat Rock; Saturday, June 3 is now Jack’s Bicycle Scout Day—all Scouts in uniform will be admitted free.

Flat Rock’s Autograph Night is Saturday, June 17 as announced.

Flat Rock’s first Kid’s Night has been moved to Saturday, June 24.  Kids to age 12 will be admitted FREE and receive a free hot dog.  The second Kid’s Night is set for Friday, August 4 as previously announced.

Royal Truck and Trailer Sales returns as the title sponsor of the Triple 50’s and Fireworks show Saturday night, July 8.  The Monroe Superstore returns as the Fireworks sponsor.

1099 tax documents:  were mailed last week.  If you were under $600 per track, you will not receive a 1099.  IF you still need that $ figure, call either track and we can provide that number for you.  **For 2022, there are separate 1099 forms being sent for each track.

We will continue to update the schedules with promotions and race sponsors as they are secured.

The 2023 ARCA membership forms are now available.  They are posted on each of the track’s home page under the Racer Info. tab.  *There is a separate membership document for Minors that includes the minor’s release and waiver also in that document.  Please be sure to fill out the entire application.   Cost remains same as 2022.

Concession help:  is also needed at both tracks.  Age 15 and above, must be able to run an I-pad and count change (without your phone calculator).  Call 734-782-2480 or 419-727-1100.  We are also looking for volunteer groups, charities, etc. that would assist us in staffing the stands.  The track makes the donation to your group for your help.

A printable version of each schedule can be found under the Racer Info. Tab on each of the track’s home pages.  The pocket schedules are expected to be available by late March.
