2021 PLANS BEGIN FOR FLAT ROCK, TOLEDO

2021 PLANS BEGIN FOR FLAT ROCK, TOLEDO

October 20, 2020:  The staff and management of both tracks would like to send out a big “THANK YOU” to our sponsors, fans, race teams and officials as we struggled through this virus pandemic for the 2020 season.

Flat Rock was one of several tracks that did not open this year; Toledo was able to conduct 3 races without fans and 2 with fans permitted, albeit with limitations on many things, including attendance.  In both states, we followed the directions of the State mandates and our local health departments.  Agree or disagree, we chose to follow that path at both tracks.

While things continue to change every day and the current spike in cases puts question marks on everything across the country, we are making plans for the 2021 season at both tracks.

We will release a few key dates prior to the New Year; the complete schedules will show up in January.  We will see how things turn out over the next 90-120 days.

Both tracks were maintained throughout the spring and summer, keeping the grounds clean and mowed.  The pit areas at both facilities have undergone a huge cleanup (you may not have noticed all the junk-a total of ten-30 yard roll-offs were filled).  Painting, along with concrete and asphalt repair at both tracks also took place, while a major electrical update at Toledo was just recently completed.

Please stay safe, stay healthy and take care of your family and friends.
