Flat Rock, MI—December 20, 2019:  Flat Rock and Toledo Speedway management is proud to announce the return of Victory Lane Quick Oil Change at the title sponsor of the ARCA Figure 8 division for the 2020 season.

Victory Lane Quick Oil Change, a chain of oil change shops throughout Southeast Michigan, have also agreed to sponsor a pair of events this season for the “Motor City Madmen” of the Figure 8 class.

The Victory Lane Quick Oil Change Michigan Figure 8 Championship is set for Saturday night, July 11, which will be part of the annual Fireworks show at “The Rock”.  The feature event on the Figure 8 course will be 30 laps.

Toledo Speedway will be the site for the Victory Lane Quick Oil Change Kids Night and Autograph Night Friday evening, July 17.  All kids to age 12 will be admitted free and receive a free hot dog!  Fans can walk onto the track and meet the drivers in a pre-race autograph session.

Victory Lane has also arranged for NASCAR driver Garrett Smithley to visit Flat Rock Saturday, June 6 to sign autographs for the fans.  Smithley will be in the area for the NASCAR race at Michigan International Speedway that weekend.

The company, with headquarters in Plymouth, MI will also serve as the sponsor of the track pocket schedules, which will be ready for distribution in early March.

The extremely popular Figure 8’s have been a weekly class at Flat Rock since 1962, and part of the Toledo schedule of events since 1965.  The Figure 8 division is “pure entertainment”, noted Ron Drager, Owner and Promoter of both tracks.  “While these drivers and teams are very serious about their racing and their machines, the entertainment the Victory Lane Quick Oil Change Figure 8’s provide is second to none.”

“Our thanks to Justin and Lauren Cialella and Jim Harrington for working with us again in 2020.  The company is very active in supporting and promoting both tracks.  We look forward to the new season and our continued relationship with Victory Lane Quick Oil Change.”
