Flat Rock Speedway

Crews are at work on several projects at Flat Rock Speedway, trying to get as much done as possible before the snow flies! Track staff members Frank Bockstanz and Bill Schneider are seen digging a trench in the parking lot at the track to bury the electrical service for a digital message board!

The speedway has purchased a 2-sided message board that will be installed on the Telegraph Road marquee’. Should the weather cooperate, the sign should be ready by Thanksgiving.

Other projects include concession building updates, re-wiring of the traffic light system and concrete work under the grandstands. Asphalt millings have been added to both the pit area and parking lot.
