FIREWORKS-200 LAPS OF RACING SATURDAY AT “THE ROCK”; BE A LAP SPONSOR!

Flat Rock, MI--July 3, 2018: It’s the Monroe Superstore Fireworks Night Saturday, July 7 at Flat Rock Speedway! With a features-only format in place, fans will still see 200 laps of action-packed, door to door stock car racing. The evening will be capped off with the famous Flat Rock Speedway Fireworks display, a tradition for 38 consecutive years with the Volcano Fireworks Company.

The night has always included the Triple 50’s, a 50 lap feature for each of the 3 classes. Due to the June 23 rainout, the ARCA Moran Chevrolet Late Models will now run the 75 lap ARCA Gold Cup feature event.

50 lap features for the ARCA Victory Lane Quick Oil Change Figure 8’s and the DTS Drive Train Specialists Street Stocks are on the card, along with the Street Stock B Main 25 lap feature.

Lap money at $5 per lap is being sold, which goes to the leader of each of the 200 laps of racing this Saturday night. A & M Transmission of Flat Rock has purchased all 50 laps of the Figure 8 race, while Coldstone Creamery of Toledo (20 laps) and Max and Karen Scott (10 laps) will support the Late Model event. The famous husband-wife race fans will also sponsor 5 laps for the Street Stock A and B Mains, as will Budget Tire of Brownstown and Lincoln Park and the Flat Rock Marathon Gas Station next to the track.
