FLAT ROCK-TOLEDO SPEEDWAY BULLETIN (12-5-17)
This is our first winter bulletin of the season. We will post one for each month through March. The winter office for both tracks is at Toledo: 419-727-1100.
W-9 forms: Winnings go to the driver. **IF that is different, you must fill out the form. The form can be downloaded from the web pages. It is located under forms. Please send them in if you have not done so.
Bar and Grille Christmas Party! At Toledo, party is Friday, December 15. Doors open at 7. Food and drink specials, prizes and more. Hope to see you there!
Christmas presents for the racer or race fan in your life! We have limited quantities of t-shirts, sweatshirts and hats available for purchase, along with the $25 gift cards (good for front gate admission) and 2018 Flat Rock season tickets! ($225 per person). We will not be offering season tickets for Toledo next season. Call Scott at 419-727-1100 to place an order.
2018 Rules changes: are posted under forms on the website.
I-75 Construction: I-75 Southbound from the Rouge River Bridge to Northline Road will be closed again in 2018. Northbound traffic will be open. Make alternate plans for your best route to Flat Rock and Toledo!
Schedules: We will post the new schedules for both tracks on the web pages December 15. A few new events are set, along with the addition of 8 Bandolero races at Flat Rock. There may be a few more minor changes; we will keep you up to date.
Toledo opening day: The Spring 200, featuring 100 lap features for both the ARCA Gold Cup Late Models and the ARCA/CRA Super Series Saturday, April 14. Practice on Friday, April 13. *There is an open practice on Wednesday, May 2 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. The first race for the Late Model Sportsman and Factory Stocks is Friday, May 4, with the USAC Silver Crown Cars.
Street Drags at Toledo! We will be adding a Street Drag program to the Toledo schedule in 2018. There will be 3 dates and a pre-season practice session. Many more details will be announced soon!
Flat Rock opening day: is set for Saturday, April 28-Late Models, Figure 8’s and Street Stocks. There are a pair of open practices: Saturday, April 21 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Wednesday, April 25 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Bandoleros: As announced last April, The Bandolero class will have 8 dates for the class at Flat Rock in 2018, for ages 8-14. Information packages are available—just contact us.
**Race Car and Parts Auction to be held at Flat Rock! For the very first time, an equipment auction, including a race car and parts auction, will be held Saturday, April 7. Former announcer and noted auctioneer Rollo Juckette and his business partner, Brad Neuhart, will conduct the auction. More details soon! Go to rolloandbrad.com for information as we get closer to the date.
**The 2 tracks will switch nights for 1 weekend for 2018: August 10 and 11 will see the tracks switch nights. Flat Rock Friday, Toledo Saturday. Information on the classes will be on the schedule when released.
Car numbers: IF you need a car number or there are any changes of car numbers—be sure to call us at the office, or, if you are switching classes. Please remember the Enduro races have an entry fee and a separate car number list…we will do our best to work with everyone.

Moran, Dani’s Transport and Royal Truck and Trailer have also re-upped to back the Late Model Gold Cup Series next season. More details will follow soon.
