(Flat Rock, MI—June 7, 2017): One of the most competitive weekly classes in the state of Michigan is preparing for its biggest race of the season this Saturday, June 10 at Flat Rock Speedway! The Corrigan Race Fuels 100 lap race for the ARCA DTS Drive Train Specialists Street Stocks hits “The Rock” for the all-green flag event.

With the rescheduled Monroe News 250 lap Enduro race added to the June 10 race card, race fans will see over 400 laps of feature racing Saturday night, which has a special start time of 6:30 p.m.

The ARCA Victory Lane Oil Change Figure 8’s and the Great Lakes Mini Cup Cars will also be in action at “The Rock”.

The 100 lap battle will award $1000 to the winner of the annual event at the ¼ mile paved oval. A field of 25-30 cars is expected for Saturday night’s race. A 25 lap B Main is also on the schedule of events for the evening. Ray Morneau Jr. is the defending race winner of the 100, while James Pankow captured the B Main in 2016.

Saturday’s race will be 100 laps of green flag racing, with double-file restarts as usual should the yellow flag appear. The pit crews will be staged in the infield on the Figure 8 track for pit stops if needed.

Lap money is now available for the 100 lap classic and the 25 lap B Main. Lap sponsorship is just $5 per lap and goes to the leader of each lap of each Street Stock feature. The pit gates open at 2, practice begins at 3:30, time trials are set for 5 and racing begins at a special start time of 6:30 p.m. this Saturday.
