2 DAYS OF RAIN TOO MUCH FOR FLAT ROCK; SATURDAY RACING CANCELLED
Saturday, May 6 at 11 a.m.: Weepers across the turn 3 and 4 area have forced track officials to cancel Saturday’s racing card at Flat Rock Speedway. Nearly 3 inches of rain over a 36 hour period caused the track conditions to worsen. Track officials have been working on stopping the weepers, but the track surface is soaked in several areas, which will not allow for safe conditions for racing.
The Jet’s Pizza Season Opener will now take place Saturday, May 13. The Scout Night promotion will move to May 20.
