    A popular trend among social networking sites is Throwback Thursday, reminding us of some popular memory from the past. In recognition of Throwback Thursday, FlatRockSpeedway.com will feature a "Blast From The Past" each week.

    Harold Cook the patriarch of the racing Cook family takes another feature win at Flat Rock Speedway in 1984. Both Harold’s sons Jerry and Terry would also follow in his footsteps competing in the Late Model and Street Stock divisions. Harold a long time ARCA campaigner captured the 1982 and 85 season championships along with 24 feature wins placing him 6th on the all-time win list at Flat Rock.
