Toledo's Friday night schedule is set to begin May 2. The ASA Late Models and the USPRO Series will open the 2008 schedule with an event Saturday, April 12.

In addition to the race cars that will fill the mall concourses, the tracks will staff a booth complete with pocket schedules and information for mall patrons and race fans. A special drawing will be held at each location for a pair of 2008 season tickets. And Slick, the track's official Mascot, will also make a visit to each shopping center during the weekends of the events.

Season tickets and the $25 gift cards, good for admission to both tracks, will also be on sale during the shows.

"We are pleased to have our 2008 car shows now set and ready for the upcoming season," said Ron Drager, President of ARCA and promoter/owner of Flat Rock Speedway and co-owner of Toledo with business partner Roy Mott. "The shows are a great way for both the tracks and the race teams to promote themselves and our sponsors. We always look forward to these events."

The race car reservation forms for the mall shows will be posted on the website in mid-February.
