2023 ARCA FLAT ROCK/TOLEDO SPEEDWAY RULE BOOK CHANGES FOR 2024 SEASON DETAILED BELOW

ARCA ENDURO/FACTORY STOCK DIVISION

ALL 2024 RULES WILL REMAIN THE SAME AS 2023 EXCEPT THE FOLLOWING

TIRES AND WHEELS: Changes for 2024 are in bold and underlined.

Page 46: Treaded street tires for use with passenger cars only. MUST bear DOT number. All tires must have minimum tread wear rating of 400 (was 200). Wear tag must be legible. All tires must have tread. 55, 60, 70, 75 or 80 Series Street tires must be used on all four wheels; NO “V, W, Y, or Z” rated tires. (Added NO V rated tires for 2024).

POINT OF EMPHASIS:  Maximum of 8 inches in measured width.  (NOT 8 ⅛”)!  NO slicks or racing tires, no retreads, recaps, gumball, snow, or truck tires. NO shaving, soaking, defacing, or altering of tires in any manner.

Page 48: SUSPENSION (Points of emphasis): All suspension parts are to be stock with no modifications.  THIS MEANS NONE! The only exception is that racing springs are permitted. NO steering quickeners. No spacers or adjustable mechanism of any kind. Minimum diameter of springs is 5 inches.

Page 48: ENGINE, CARBURETOR, TRANSMISSION, REAREND

Engine must be factory production stock for that make and model, in original mounts.

Stock engine cubic inch displacement, bore and stroke are to be maintained.  Maximum .060 clean-up allowed on bore (was .040).

Reminder:  ONE 2 or 4 bbl. stock-type carburetor only. NO ram-horn “corvette”-style manifolds. NO

spacers or adaptor plates. Must run air cleaner. Fuel injection permitted - must be stock

for make and model. Fuel pump must be wired into oil switch.

ARCA OUTLAW SUPER LATE MODEL DIVISION

Adding:  Cars with no bump stops, rubbers, coil-bind setups, chains, bolts, straps, etc. will receive a 100 lb. weight break.

Page 16: Adding: No Vents, no louvers, no holes in any body part outside of the hood. (Louvers in HOOD are permitted.)

ARCA LATE MODEL SPORTSMAN DIVISION: No changes.

ARCA FIGURE 8 DIVISION:  No changes.

ARCA STREET STOCK DIVISION:  No changes.

As stated with the release of opening day at Flat Rock. The full schedule is expected to be released in mid-December. We will continue to highlight confirmed events throughout the following weeks. So, stay up to date through the website as well as our social platforms.
