Toledo, Ohio—January 8, 2015:  The annual Racer’s Reunion and Michigan Auto Racing Fan Club Meeting at the Toledo Speedway Bar and Grill has a new date—Saturday, March 21.  The original announcement called for March 14, but due to scheduling issues, the popular event will now be held a week later.

The Racer Reunion will be held from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m., and the Michigan Auto Racing Fan Club (MARFC) meeting will take place beginning at 6 pm. The MARFC meeting will feature news updates on Flat Rock and Toledo Speedways, video from the ARCA Racing Series Banquet, interviews with current drivers, and the club’s traditional raffle with numerous prizes.

The Racer’s Reunion features thousands of photos on display documenting a wide variety of race tracks, divisions and touring series from across the country.  ARCA, Flat Rock Speedway and Toledo Speedway and all the divisions which raced at both tracks will also be represented with photo displays from 1953-current.  Photos of Midwest open wheel and stock cars, midgets, USAC Sprints and others classes of race cars will also be featured.  In addition, vintage video from yesteryear will be available for viewing.

All current and former racers, mechanics, officials and fans, as well as the general public, are invited to the event.  There is no admission charge the entire day and the Toledo Speedway Bar & Grill will be in full operation for your food & drink needs.

The date for the 2015 Racer’s Reunion at Toledo Speedway is set for Friday, June 5 and Saturday, June 6 at Flat Rock Speedway.  All attendees will be recognized during intermission each evening of these 2 dates.
