FLAT ROCK PRACTICE BUSY

Flat Rock, MI: April 15, 2017: Sunshine, blue skies and warm temperatures greeted 52 race teams that were on hand at Flat Rock Speedway’s annual pre-season practice Saturday afternoon. The 5-hour session went off without any incidents as the drivers prepare for the Jet’s Pizza Season Opener Saturday night, April 29.

A variety of ARCA Moran Chevy Late Models, Victory Lane Oil Change Figure 8’s, DTS Drive Train Specialists Street Stocks, Monroe News Enduro Series machines and an ARCA Aramark Late Model Sportsman car hit the track for the first time in the 2017 season.

Saturday, April 29 the pit area will open at 1, practice begins at 3, time trials are set for 5:30 and racing for the Jet’s Pizza Season Opener gets the first green flag of the year at 7 p.m. The spectator gates will be open when practice begins at 3.
