CORRIGAN RACE FUELS BACK AT “THE ROCK”

(Flat Rock, MI—January 27, 2017): Corrigan Race Fuels has agreed to once again support Flat Rock Speedway’s race teams for the 2017 season. The Brighton, MI-based Corrigan Oil Company will return as the supplier of Sunoco Race Fuel for the track, post cash bonuses and will also sponsor the Corrigan Race Fuels 100 for the ARCA Street Stock division again this year.

A $50 weekly cash bonus will be available for each of Flat Rock’s race events. The $50 award is through a random draw for teams that purchase Sunoco Race Fuel at the track on that night of competition.

Corrigan Race Fuels will also post season-ending cash awards for each of the track’s classes-the ARCA Late Models, Figure 8’s and Street Stocks. The largest fuel purchaser in each class will take home a $150 bonus, with the second-highest purchaser picking up a $100 award.

The Corrigan Race Fuels 100 is set for Saturday, June 10 for the Street Stock class and is the biggest race of the season for the division. The 100 lap battle will award $1000 to the winner of the annual event at the ¼ mile paved oval. A 25 lap B Main and a race card for the Great Lakes Mini Cup Cars is also on the schedule of events for the evening.

The Street Stock race will be 100 laps of green flag racing, with double-file restarts as usual should the yellow flag appear. The pit crews will be staged in the infield on the Figure 8 track for pit stops if needed.

“We are very pleased to announce the renewal of our partnership with Corrigan Race Fuels,” noted Ron Drager, Owner and Promoter of the track.

Additional sponsorship announcements will be announced as they are secured leading up to the Saturday, April 29 season opener.
