FLAT ROCK SPEEDWAY WASHED OUT
Flat Rock, MI—June 27, 2015: The Saturday, June 27 race program at Flat Rock Speedway has been cancelled due to rain. Overnight rainfall has flooded the track, and the forecast of more rain for much of the day has put a halt to any racing activity.
The Glass Unlimited Autograph Night and the Corrigan Race Fuels 100 lap feature for the Street Stocks will be rescheduled. The dates will be announced next week.
A reminder that Flat Rock Speedway will be racing on FRIDAY NIGHT, JULY 3. There will be no racing Saturday, July 4. The special Friday night event will see the ARCA Praxair Figure 8’s, DTS Drive Train Specialists Street Stocks, the MCR Dwarf Cars and the Monroe News 250 lap Enduro race on the card.
Friday night is also Kid’s Night and FREE checkered flag night! All kids to age 12 will be admitted FREE and receive a FREE mini checkered flag.
The pit area open at 3, practice begins at 4, time trials are at 5:30 and racing begins at 7 p.m. The front gates and ticket office will also open at 4 p.m.
