    A popular trend among social networking sites is Throwback Thursday, reminding us of some popular memory from the past. In recognition of Throwback Thursday, FlatRockSpeedway.com will feature a "Blast From The Past" each week.

    The fabulous Frank Loving with the Pepsi can attached to the roof of his #9 poses with the checkered flag at Flat Rock Speedway in 1973.  Note the car of choice for many of the Figure 8 drivers—the 1957 Chevy.
