Do NOT go past the west end of the concrete pads to park! If that changes, we’ll let you know at the pit gate!
This is the only pre-season practice scheduled! If we get weathered-out, the rain date is Wednesday, April 23 from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Pits will open at 4.

9 a.m. Pit gates open
11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Practice
*We will take a 10 minute break at 1:30 p.m.
*Tech will remain open until 5 p.m. Fuel/tire sales will also be open until 5 p.m.
*Practice is open to any type of race car; ALL cars must at least go through a safety inspection prior to practicing. Be sure to have all your safety equipment with you when you go to inspection!
For full inspection, get in line down on the drive to the tech barn; when the line gets to the first concrete pad, the line from there will be stacked on top of the hill behind turns 1 and 2.
For safety inspection only, contact the tech staff in the garage. You will pull your car up on the west side of tech barn---see the staff first before bringing your car for the safety-only inspection.
Contingency award sheets, race procedure sheet and decals will be available at the tech barn. We will also have the pocket schedules at the concession stand!
Transponders: There is no charge to use a transponder for practice. Pick up your transponder at sign-in. Transponders are to be returned to the tech barn.
Drivers: We will be asking you to fill out a biography form and a W-9 form. All drivers must fill out the W-9 prior to payoff on the first night of your first race. Liz, our intern, and Casey will be around to see you Saturday.
All pit passes are $15 each.
Minors: Minors release must be filled out and signed by parent(s)/guardian(s) in front of pit registrar at the track, if you have not sent one to the ARCA office. At least one (1) parent/guardian must be with the minor.
ARCA memberships, tires, fuel will be available.
Pit pad rentals will also be taken; see Scott. IF you have not paid for your rental, then you do not have a pad! There are no assigned pit pads for practice.
Pit Concession stand will be in operation.
A section of the main grandstand will be open for spectators; restrooms will be open.
